Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in Indian Rupees(INR) and U.S. dollars(USD).

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders sent to addresses outside of the India  may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as these vary from country to country, and we are not able to provide you with this information.

Please contact your local customs office before completing the order to find out what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives. Please note that you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs authorities may require the value of the order from us.

What is Our Return Policy?
Our first concern is your complete satisfaction with our products.

i. If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest service center authorised by the manufacturer.

If you cannot find the service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

ii. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

iii. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

iv. If you encounter problems at a much later date (after the 1st week), we will not be in a position to accept any returns. You will have to contact your nearest Service Center to have the issue resolved.

Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited.

When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of your invoice or receipt with your shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately as we will need to file a damage claim report with the shipping company. Please note that all damage shipment claims must be filed within 48 hours from the time the shipment arrives. Failure to contact us within that time period will forfeit your right to file a damage claims report.

We do reserve the right to modify this policy at anytime (with or without notice).
